An unbalanced mind can lead to unhealthy eating, comfort eating, or over or under-eating. What is life coaching? It is a humanistic form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), which uses a coaching method based on the change of perceptions and their response. Cognitive is the perception and response is the behaviour.
